+Usage and invocation

+The function `$ScriptRunOnce` expects an url pointing to a script as parameter.
+
+    $ScriptRunOnce https://git.eworm.de/cgit/routeros-scripts/plain/doc/mod/scriptrunonce.d/hello-world.rsc
+
